EWS CLIP-Seq data analysis


UCSC tracks of EWS CLIP-Seq read clusters (in hg18 assembly)

We generated two rankings, one for reads not-overlapping Control reads, and one for clusters with 5-fold enrichment over Control. In the latter case, we take 5 or more reads (after normalizing) for clusters that do not overlap Control.

We applied the liftOver of clusters from hg18 to hg19 human assemblies.

EWS_5fold (1/6029 clusters of EWS_5fold.pk was NOT lifted over)
EWS_notinControl (5/82069 clusters of EWS_notinControl.pk were NOT lifted over )
