Endre Sebestyén

I graduated in 2003 at the Eötvös Loránd University (ELTE), Budapest, Hungary and have an MSc in molecular biology. I have a PhD in Classical and molecular genetics, also from ELTE, focusing on the bioinformatic analysis of eukaryotic transcriptional factor binding sites and promoter regions (DoOP database). My current research interests are eukaryotic transcriptional and post-transcriptional regulation, the role of alternative splicing and splicing factors in cancer and reproducible research in general.
